Paul & Janice Juss, founding pastors of Victory Church On The Rock Grande Prairie, and active in foreign missions worldwide for the last 25 years, are now the founders of Victory North  Association (VNA) - which gives apostolic leadership & oversight to over 10 churches in the region.

Affiliated with Victory Churches of Canada, VNA has a vision of missions, church planting & leadership development with the purpose of reaching the northern regions with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
